I get asked this a lot. Usually by women who are on the edge of booking but need to know what they are getting for the investment. Fair enough. This is not a small commitment, and I would rather be specific than vague.
So here is what you will actually walk away with after a Money and Movement retreat.
Clarity on your patterns
Most women arrive knowing something is off with their relationship to money but not being able to name what it is. By Sunday, you will have a much clearer picture of the patterns you have been running, where they came from, and why they have been so hard to shift.
This is not abstract self-help. It is specific to you. The woman who discovers she has been avoiding her finances because her nervous system associates money with her parents’ arguments will leave with a completely different understanding than the woman who realises her overspending is a stress response she developed in her twenties. Same retreat, different insights, both genuinely useful.
Practical tools you will actually use
I am not going to hand you a budget template and wish you luck. The tools you leave with are personalised to your situation and your patterns. They include guides, exercises, and frameworks that work with your emotional reality, not against it.
You will also have movement practices from Kim that you can integrate into your daily life. These are not gym routines. They are nervous system regulation tools, simple things you can do in five minutes that help you shift from reactive mode to responsive mode. The kind of thing that changes how you show up to a financial conversation, an unexpected bill, or a spending decision you used to make on autopilot.
A different relationship with your body
This surprises people, but women consistently name it as one of the most valuable parts of the weekend. Kim’s sessions help you reconnect with your body in a way that is practical, not performative.
You will start to notice where you hold tension. You will feel the difference between a decision made from a calm, regulated state and one made from a clenched jaw and shallow breathing. And you will have tools to move between those states intentionally.
This matters for your money because so many financial decisions are made from a dysregulated nervous system without you even realising it. Once you can feel the difference, you cannot unfeel it. And that awareness is permanent.
One-on-one time
Every retreat includes one-on-one time with me across the weekend. This is not a rushed five-minute check-in. It is a genuine conversation where we can go deeper on whatever came up for you in the group sessions.
Some women use this time to talk about a specific financial situation. Others want to explore a pattern they noticed. Others just need to process something quietly with someone who understands. However you use it, it is yours.
Connections that last
I cannot guarantee this one, because it depends on the people in the room. But I can tell you it happens every time. Women who arrived as strangers leave with genuine connections. Numbers are exchanged. Group chats are created. Check-in messages arrive months later.
There is something about spending a weekend being honest about money in a beautiful setting that creates bonds most networking events never come close to. These women have seen each other without the performance. That is not something you forget.
A foundation, not a finish line
I want to be honest about this: a weekend retreat is not going to solve everything. What it will do is give you a foundation. An understanding of yourself that makes every financial decision after the retreat a more conscious one.
Some women leave and implement changes immediately. Others take weeks to process and then make a quiet, steady shift. Some come back for one-on-one coaching to go deeper. There is no right timeline.
What every woman leaves with is the knowledge that her relationship with money can be different. Not through willpower or punishment or a better spreadsheet, but through understanding. And once you have that, the rest follows.
